MobileMe iDisk App for iPhone Released

Apple has finally released the much awaited MobileMe iDisk App for iPhone. It can be downloaded free off the App Store.

Features:
- View files on your iDisk
- Access Public folders
- Easily share files from your iPhone
- Quickly access recently viewed files
- View iPhone-supported file types-including iWork, Office, PDF, QuickTime and more. (Files larger than 20MB may not be viewable.)

This app will requires a MobileMe subscription and compatible with the iPhone & iPod touch. iPhone OS 3.0 or later is required as well.

SingTel Announces iPhone 3GS Pricing

SingTel has finally announced the pricing plans for the new iPhone 3GS and I can say it is way cheaper than last year’s phone plans for the iPhone 3G.

iFlexi Value plan for $56/month would require just $288 cash top-up for the 16GB iPhone 3GS as opposed to last year’s $548 for a 16GB iPhone 3G.

Now this would be the perfect time to get your own iPhone 3GS.

UPDATE (07 July 2009): SingTel just emailed me that they are extending an early upgrade fee of only $300 instead of the usual $600 for the early adopters who got their iPhone 3G last August 2008.

An early upgrade fee of $600 applies to customers upgrading to the iphone 3GS.

To reward early adopters who bought their phone in August 08, we will be extending an early upgrade fee of $300 (on a 24 mth contract) specially to you if you come to our launch event this weekend (10 -12 July 2009).

iPhone 3GS in Singapore on 10 July

SingTel will finally be unveiling the new iPhone 3GS in Singapore on 10th July. No pricing details were announced yet as well as the venue of the event.
